15 Years of Management at J. Häuslschmid GmbH
Since 2011, Hajo Häuslschmid and Hans Wembacher, Technical Director, have been jointly leading J. Häuslschmid GmbH.
During this period, they have established a clear direction: stability in production, targeted expansion into European markets, investment in modern manufacturing equipment, and improved energy efficiency across the entire operation. The goal has always been — and remains — to ensure consistently high product quality, reliable delivery capability, and a partnership with customers and partners on equal terms.
The continuous training and development of employees has always been a central priority.
At the heart of the company's leadership is the team, whose importance is reflected in the company's core principles. The workforce is characterised by exceptional loyalty; tenures of more than three decades are by no means uncommon.

Product certification was initiated as early as 2002, and in 2011 a supplement was added in accordance with the EC2 guidelines.
In subsequent years, continuous measures were implemented to optimise energy consumption: from 2012 onwards, regular energy audits were introduced to identify savings potentials and address them in a targeted manner.
Investments in energy efficiency and robust, future-oriented manufacturing processes reflect the company's comprehensive development.
A constant pursuit of process optimisation, process reliability, quality assurance, and workplace ergonomics has always been at the forefront of management's agenda. Under the leadership of Hajo Häuslschmid and Hans Wembacher, the unwavering ambition has been to deliver high-quality products to the very highest standards.
The remarkable outcome of recent years is a near-zero product complaint rate — a testament to exceptional reliability and an extremely high quality standard. The partnership between the two managing directors has been defined by mutual respect and a constant commitment to serving employees, customers, and partners with reliability — always on equal terms and with dignity.
From the perspective of the workforce and business partners, it can be said that these 15 years of shared leadership were marked by hard work, great dedication, and a genuine willingness to innovate.
Continuous growth and job security were key drivers of success throughout. The managing directors look back with gratitude and face the future with motivation and confidence. Plans include strengthened initiatives in the areas of automation and transformation — including artificial intelligence — to further develop Häuslschmid into an Industry 4.0 company.
At the same time, new markets outside Europe are to be developed, export volumes increased, and production further expanded.
An ongoing generational transition within the company is being actively driven forward.
