Hans Wembacher has been loyal to his employer for 47 years - Häuslschmid GmbH honours employees at Christmas party - Vladimir Smoljar has been with the company for 25 years
Tittmoning/Waging am See. At the end of the year, Häuslschmid GmbH invited its employees and their partners to a Christmas party at a pub in Waging. The entire team spent an unforgettable evening with a festive Christmas menu, accompanied by musical performances.
In a cosy and festive atmosphere, Hajo Häuslschmid (CEO) thanked the employees for their strong commitment and loyalty. He looked back on a successful year and emphasised: ‘Thank God the financial year went very well despite the many turbulences around us. We achieved our sales targets and for the first time in the company's 53-year history, we achieved an export share of 71 per cent.
He particularly emphasised the tireless efforts of the ‘dream team’, which is driving the further development of the company and making a significant contribution to a positive working atmosphere. One outstanding project was the new bending machine, which was developed in collaboration with ALZTEC. The successful participation as an exhibitor at the BIG 5 Global construction trade fair in Dubai was another highlight, which opened up new perspectives and valuable contacts in the Middle East and offers future growth opportunities.
Hans Wembacher (CTO) also draws a positive balance for the year: ‘We were able to fully utilise our production capacity and did not have a single product complaint from our customers in the entire year, which is in line with our high quality standards. From 1976 to 1999, we manufactured many car trailers in the company, for which we still offered spare parts and services 25 years later, but will stop doing so at the end of the year. Most of these trailers are still in use today. This is proof to the high quality and excellent service, which have been a high priority in the company both in the past and in the future.’
The highlight of the evening was the honouring of long-standing employees for their commitment and loyalty to the company: Hans Wembacher (47 years), Vladimir Smoljar (25 years), Alexander Harder (18 years) and Anton Mraz (10 years). Snapshots were taken and anecdotes told during the honours, which provided many smiles and moving moments.
