Ground-breaking bending machine: collaboration between J. Häuslschmid GmbH and Alztec GmbH

Together with the specialised machine manufacturer Alztec GmbH from Trostberg, we have created an innovative bending machine for the production of snake spacers.

The machine was originally developed and built in-house by our Technical Manager Hans Wembacher. Thanks to continuous further development, the production speed has been significantly increased and energy consumption considerably reduced. Close cooperation with Alztec has considerably minimised the machine's susceptibility to faults, resulting in a drastic reduction in production downtime and wear. These improvements contribute to smooth, resource-saving operation, which has a positive impact on both productivity and the environmental footprint.
