This year’s TEMP Entrepreneur Day in Heidenheim felt like a home game at the stadium of 1. FC Heidenheim: full of energy, focused, and carried by an impressive sense of community. With around 160 participants, the event became a place of genuine encounters on equal footing for our Häuslschmid team.

Insights that make an impact:

The focus was not only on theoretical approaches, but on topics that truly matter to the mid-sized business sector today. The range extended from forward-looking insights into artificial intelligence from Silicon Valley by Christoph Burkhardt to the targeted further development of the proven TEMP method with Jürgen Kurz.

What was especially inspiring were the practical solutions instead of long decision-making loops. Ingolf Stuber and Dirk Eckart from Gemeinhardt Service GmbH Spezialgerüstbau impressively showed how clear and actionable strategies in everyday business life make the decisive difference.

Experiencing community and shaping the future:

For us as the Häuslschmid team, this day was more than a training event. It was the feeling of being part of a large entrepreneurial family.
